(Indianapolis, IN) -- For the second straight week the Eagles pulled off a comeback with a 30-27 victory against the Colts on "Monday Night Football" at Lucas Oil stadium. Cody Parkey clinched the win with a 36-yard field goal as time expired. Philadelphia trailed 20-6 in the third quarter before scoring 24 of the next 31 points.

Darren Sproles had a 19-yard TD run to cap a huge game that included 152 receiving yards. Foles threw for 331 yards with a touchdown and an interception, while LeSean McCoy added 79 yards and a TD on the ground.

With Indianapolis up seven late in the fourth quarter and in field goal range Andrew Luck threw an interception to Malcolm Jenkins leading to Jeremy Maclin's game-tying TD catch. Philly improved to 2-0. Luck finished 20-of-34 for 172 yards with three TDs and the pick. Ahmad Bradshaw was on the receiving end of two of the TD passes. The Colts sit at 0-2.

Bears Place Tillman On Season-Ending IR

(Lake Forest, IL) -- Bears defensive back Charles Tillman is done for the season. The team has placed him on season-ending injured reserve with a ruptured right triceps. Tillman suffered the injury in Sunday's win. The 33-year-old has 36 interceptions and 42 forced fumbles in his 12-year career.

The Bears are bringing back fullback Tony Fiammetta. He's been re-signed to the 53-man roster while the team also added rookie quarterback David Fales to the practice squad. Fiammetta appeared in all 16 games with seven starts last season.

The Bears will hit the practice field this week with an extra day to prepare. Chicago travels to face the New York Jets on "Monday Night Football" in Week Three. The Jets are 1-1 after blowing an 18-point lead and falling to the Packers this past week.

Rams' Hill Still Day-to-Day

(St. Louis, MO) -- Head coach Jeff Fisher says quarterback Shaun Hill is still day-to-day with a quad injury. Fisher says at no point did Hill have a chance to start Sunday's game at Tampa Bay. Austin Davis made his first career NFL start and led the Rams to a last-minute, 19-17 win over the Bucs.

Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin is dealing with an injured right knee. He was hurt on the final play before a second-quarter lightning delay Sunday at Tampa Bay and did not return. Austin had an MRI Monday. His status for this Sunday's home game against Dallas is uncertain.
