Bears Gear Up For Niners

(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Bears hit the practice field today in preparation for their Week Two matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. The teams clash Sunday night at the new Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. The Niners are 1-0 after a season-opening road win over the Cowboys.

The Bears are adding depth to the offensive line. The team has signed Eben Britton to a one-year deal while also adding wide receiver Greg Herd to the practice squad. To make room, Roy Philon was cut from the practice squad and receiver Micheal Spurlock from the roster.

Rams Return To Practice

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams return to the practice field today as they prepare for Sunday's road game at Tampa Bay. Quarterback Shaun Hill is considered day-to-day after injuring his quad in Sunday's loss to the Vikings. Austin Davis came on and played the second half. He will likely start if Hill can't go.
