Little Hearts Football Camp Set For July

The Little Hearts Football Camp is for any boy entering third through eighth grades. The camp is to learn and practice the fundamentals of passing, running, kickng, form block, form tackling and weight lifting. This is a non-contact camp. Some time also will be spent watching game and highlight film.
The camp is scheduled Monday, July 7 through Thursday, July 10 from 9 a.m. to noon at Effingham High School football field. Meet on the football bleachers. Pick up will be at the high school on the field or by the tunnel.
Cost is $40 and that includes camp T-shirt, a football, daily games, prizes, awards and watermelon feast. Wear shorts, T-shirt, white socks and cleats. Indoor facilities will not be available due to the resurfacing of the gym floors.
Camp director is Mike McDonald, head EHS football coach and the Effingham High School football staff and players.
