The Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with cornerback Charles Tillman on a one-year contract.

The 33-year-old Tillman had 41 tackles, three interceptions and six passes defensed in eight games last season, his 11th with the Bears.  He ended the 2013 season on injured reserve with a torn triceps.

He's a two-time Pro Bowler.

The Green Bay Packers have signed defensive end Julius Peppers, who has spent the past several seasons with division rival Chicago.

Peppers signed a three-year, $30 million contract, but only $7.5 million of the contract involves guaranteed money.
