Altamont's Abigail Weishaar finished 10th in 22:03.88. North Clay's Brooke Koelm was 15th in 22:24.73.

Dieterich's top finisher was Adriana Gordon 20th in 23:08.29. Neoga's Lexie Fletcher placed 26th in 23:31.12.
