Teutopolis High School's girls cross country team runs during action at Olney.

OLNEY -- Effingham St. Anthony put together 17 points to win a triangular boys cross country meet Tuesday at Olney. The Bulldogs scored 17 followed by Teutopolis 47 and Olney 77.

St. Anthony's Brian Dust won the meet with a time of 15:44.8. Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Noah Tegeler third in 16:07, Griffen Elder fourth in 16:16.3, Conlan Walsh sixth in 16:42.7 and Ty Wiedman seventh in 16:43.6.

Scoring for the Wooden Shoes were Ethan Weidner fifth in 16:35.9, Matthew Deters eighth in 16:44.5, Cole Probst 11th in 16:58.6, Brody Mette 16th in 17:41.4 and Ben Kitten 19th in 18:19.5.

In the girls meet, only Teutopolis had enough runners for a team score. The Wooden Shoes were led by Jessica Runde first in 19:48.3, Kaitlyn Vahling third in 21:24.1, Kaitlyn Schumacher sixth in 21:57.5, Kylie Hoelscher ninth in 22:28.2 and Taylor Bueker 10th in 22:32.6.

St. Anthony's top finisher was Rilie Willenborg second in 20;25.6.
