Women cross country runners winning awards were, left to right, Lexie Davidson, Sarah Faust, Taylor Haskenhoff and Abby Wrobleski.
Kaskaskia College held its Annual Athletic Awards Night May 3 and awards were presented to student/athletes for outstanding achievement in athletics.
Student athletes honored for cross country were:
Women’s cross country: Alexis Davidson (Newton) - Most Valuable Runner; Abby Wroblewski (Radom) - Most Improved Runner and Sarah Faust (St. Rose) and Taylor Haskenhoff (Smithton) - The Bruce Fischer "Tough as Nails" Award.
Men’s cross country: Brenner Webster (Salem) - Most Valuable Runner; Jordan Love (Nashville) - Most Improved Runner and Lucas Probst (Teutopolis) - "The True Blue Devil" Award.
