Jamie Michl Sixth at Illinois College Invitational

The Millikin University cross country team participated in the Illinois College Invitational last Saturday in Jacksonville.  The Big Blue men finished in third with the Millikin women in fourth.

In the women's race, Millikin senior Jamie Michl (Newton, H.S.) was sixth in 25:09.18.  Freshman Amber Johnson (Decatur, St. Teresa H.S.) was 12th in 26:03.75.

Timee McElory (Mt. Zion, H.S.) was Millikin's top male finisher in fifth place with a time of 28:52.31.  Freshman Tommy O'Brien (Taylorville, H.S.) was 14th in 30:11.59.
