Duke Romps UCLA At MSG

(New York, NY) -- Number-eight Duke pulled away from UCLA in the second half to take an 80-63 win at Madison Square Garden behind 23 points, 10 rebounds and five assists from Jabari Parker. Rodney Hood and Quinn Cook each chipped in 14 points for the Blue Devils, who sit at 9-2. The game was tied at halftime before the Bruins were outscored 43-26 in the second half. Kyle Anderson filled up the box score with 15 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and four steals in the loss. UCLA is 9-2.

 

#1 Wildcats Rout Southern

(Tucson, AZ) -- Aaron Gordon dropped in a game-high 21 points to lead the top-ranked Wildcats to a 69-43 rout of Southern University at McKale Center. Nick Johnson added 17 points and Brandon Ashley had 11 points and 10 rebounds for Arizona, which improved to 12-0. U-of-A hosts NAU on Monday.

 

Illinois Battles Missouri Saturday

(St. Louis, MO) -- Illinois heads to the Scottrade Center to battle rival Missouri in the Braggin' Rights game Saturday. The Fighting Illini are 9-2.  Missouri is undefeated at 10-0.

 

Notre Dame Meets Ohio State At MSG

(New York, NY) -- Notre Dame tries to grab a statement win Saturday night taking on number-two Ohio State at Madison Square Garden in the Blackrock Gotham Classic. The Fighting Irish are 8-3, while OSU is 11-0. Notre Dame is coming off a solid, 79-72, win over Indiana.

 

Northwestern Hosts Brown Sunday

(Evanston, IL) -- Northwestern tries to keep building momentum as the conference season nears hosting Brown Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats have won two in-a-row to move above .500 at 6-5. Brown is 6-3.
