College Basketball Round-Up

The 3-0 St. Louis Billikens travel South of the Border this weekend for the Cancun Challenge Tournament. The Billikins take on Oral Roberts in the opening round on Thursday.

DePaul takes the court tonight in local college basketball. The Blue Demons take on Milwaukee on the road. Northwestern is back in action Wednesday  at Illinois-Chicago. Illinois will host Chicago State Friday. Notre Dame also plays Friday at home against Santa Clara.

Michigan State Takes Top Spot In Latest Poll

Michigan State is the new number-one in this week's "USA Today" top-25 men's basketball poll. The 4-0 Spartans knocked off previously top-ranked Kentucky last week. Louisville is ranked second while Kansas is third after beating then-fourth-ranked Duke last week.
