Bulls Beat Pistons

(Chicago, IL) -- Derrick Rose posted 22 points to pace all scorers as the Bulls defeated the Pistons 96-81 at the United Center.  This was Rose's first home game since the 2011-12 postseason. Taj Gibson had a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds while Carlos Boozer had 10 points and 11 boards for Chicago, which improved to 4-0 in the preseason. The Bulls take on the Pacers at home Friday.

 

Rose Returns To United Center Floor

(Chicago, IL) -- Derrick Rose posted 22 points to pace all scorers as the Bulls defeated the Pistons 96-81 at the United Center.  This was Rose's first home game since the 2011-12 postseason after sitting out all of last year while recovering from a torn ACL in his left knee. The former first overall selection was 6-for-9 from the field in 22 minutes.
