The Hatchets ran out to a 17-9 opening quarter lead as Brody Bible scored six points and Kendall Morris five.
Windsor/Stew-Stras held a 31-25 halftime lead. Bible added on five more points.
Negoa's Landon Titus put in two three-pointers and was two of two at the line for eight while Gavin Ray hit four free throws.
The Indians then had a 12-10 third quarter to pull within 41-37. Luke Keller put in five points and Titus added another three-pointer.
Neoga continued its scoring with a 12-8 final period to tie the score and send the contest into overtime. Brayden Ray hit two baskets and was three of four at the line for seven in the period.
But in the overtime quarter, Windsor/Stew-Stras came back with a 13-8 run to pull out the victory.
Kendall Morris connected on a three-pointer while Seth Rincker put in a three-pointer and two free throws. Jackson Gurgel added three free throws and Bible two.
Windsor/Stew-Stras was led by Gurgel with 23 points on seven field goals, one a three-pointer, and eight of 11 at the line. Bible added 14.
Neoga was led by Titus who finished with 20 points on seven field goals, three from beyond the arc, and three of four at the line. B. Ray added 17 and G. Ray 10.
Windsor/Stew-Stras improved to 2-1 in the National Trail Conference and 12-8 overall.
Negoa dropped to 0-5 in the conference, 2-15 overall.
Windsor/Stew-Stras also claimed the junior varsity game ,54-28.
