St. Anthony Moves To No. 1 In Girls State Poll

Effingham St. Anthony moved into the No. 1 spot in the Class 1A girls state basketball poll this week.

The Bulldogs were sitting in second last week but took the top spot.

Brownstown/St. Elmo is tied for fifth in the same 1A poll.

Teutopolis stands in fifth in the  Class 2A poll.

In the boys poll, Effingham St. Anthony is in the fifth spot while Dieterich is in the others receiving votes category.
