Altamont handily defeated Effingham Sacred Heart, 24-9 in the first game.
Altamont moved into an 8-4 opening quarter lead and led 14-6 at halfitme. The winners came back with a 10-3 second half.
D. Bowman and N. Teasley led the way for Altamont with six points each.
The Shamrocks were led by M. Chojnicki with five points.
In the second contest, Neoga was a 32-23 winner over North Clay (Louisville).
Neoga stepped out to a 13-2 opening quarterl ead and led 21-5 at halftime.
Two players hit double digits for the winners. N. Hartke led the way with 11 while K. Bell added 10.
North Clay was led by J. Jordan with 16.
Brownstown/St. Elmo held a 13-9 lead over South Central going into the final quarter. South Central came back with a 4-2 run and BSE missed six free throws attempts to make it a two-point win, 15-13.
Tompkins led the way for the winners with six points while Schwarm added five.
South Central was led by J. Neilson with seven.

At Centralia
Effingham handed Centralia losses in both seventh- and eighth-grade action Tuesday evening.
The Mustangs won the seventh-grade contest, 35-14.
EJHS edged out to an 8-6 opening quarter lead and led by 15-6 at halftime.
Bailey led the way for the Mustangs with 16 points.
In the eighth-grade contest, Effingham edged out to a 10-8 opening quarter lead but Centralia came back to take a 13-12 halftime lead.
The Mustangs then had an 11-2 second half run for the 22-15 victory.
April Martin led Effingham with 10 points while Sophie Niebrugge chipped in with seven.
