Effingham St. Anthony and Pana St. Patrick split junior high girls basketball wins Monday evening.
The Bullpups claimed the seventh-grade victory, 39-12. St. Anthony ripped out to a 16-2 opening quarter lead and never looked back.
Bella Schultz led the way with 19 points while Morgan Lustig finished with eight.
In the eighth-grade game, Pana St. Patrick's was a 34-19 winner, taking a 17-10 halftime lead.
St. Anthony was led by Carly Budde and Rachel Emmerich with seven points each.

At Marshall
Both Teutopolis teams finished with over 40 points as they captured victories over Marshall Monday evening.
In the seventh-grade game, the Wooden Shoes won 44-14, taking a 26-7 halftime lead.
Meyer scored 12 and Zerrusen 10 for the Shoes.
In the eighth-grade contest, T-town was a 45-16 winner. The Shoes zipped out to an 18-6 opening quarter lead and led 32-8 at halftime.
Drees scored 18 for the winners.
Both T-town teams are now 8-0 on the season.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg claimed a seventh-grade victory over Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hamond by a 17-15 count Monday.
The Hatchets ran out to a 9-0 opening quarter lead and held off ALAH in the final period.
M. Manhart scored eight and I. Manhart seven for the winners who are now 4-5 on the season.
