BCC took a 22-16 opening quarter lead as Lauren Emm connected on five baskets and a free throw for 11.
The Shoes had an 11-6 second quarter to pull within 28-27 at halftime. Isabelle Zerrusen and Chloe Probst scored four each while Mollie Ruholl put in a three-pointer.
But Bloomington C.C. came back with a 13-9 third quarter to lead 41-36 and then had a 17-10 final period.
L. Emm put in 15 points while Cate Uhren added 13 and Meg Uhren 12.
Teutopolis had one player hit double figures. C. Probst hit five field goals, one a three-pointer, and was two of two at the line for 13 and pulled down five rebounds.. Zerrusen added nine points and five rebounds.
Mollie Ruholl led in steals with two.
