The Bulldogs, ranked fifth in the latest Class 1A state poll, held only a 19-14 opening quarter lead as Brynn Richards kept the Indians close with a eight point run.
Stacie Vonderheide pushed the Bulldogs into the lead with nine points on three baskets, one a three-pointer and two of two at the line.
The Bulldogs then decided to kick it into high gear with a 22-10 second quarter run to lead 41-24 at halftime. Ava Faber hit two three-pointers while Vonderheide continued on with six points. The Bulldogs led 59-39 going into the final quarter.
Vonderheide finished with 27 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists and four steals for the Bulldogs.
"This is Stacie's fourth triple-double of the season," said St. Anthony Coach Aaron Rios. "She had a quadruple double earlier in the season against Fairfield. Stacie was also a perfect four of four from the stripe. She is doing an amazing job."
Also in double figures were Nancy Ruholl with 19 on six field goals, four of those from trifecta land, and three of three at the line. Adysen Rios chipped in with 14.
"Nancy also had an excellent game with 19 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and three steals," said Coach Rios. "Nancy was also three of three from the line.
"Adysen scored 14 points, had five assists and four steals. She did an awesome job running the floor and finishing in transition tonight.
"Ava Faber knocked in two three-pointers and finished the game with eight points. Freshmen Ali Kollman and Aubrey Denning scored two points tonight.
"The Sisterhood is 15-6 on the season and after the win tonight, 4-1 in the National Trail Conference. We are looking forward to the NTC Tournament which begins Monday morning. Our kids are doing a great job playing our brand of basketball."
The Bulldogs, seeded second in the NTC Tourney, will face No. 7 Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Beecher City.
Neoga was led by Richards with 22 points on nine field goals and a perfect four of four at the line. Haylee Campbell tallied 18 and Atalie Osborn added 12.
The Indians dropped to 3-2 in the NTC and are 13-7 overall. Neoga returns to play in the NTC/CIC Shootout Saturday against Vandalia at 1 p.m.

At Brownstown
Altamont continued to rack up another victory with a 67-54 win over Brownstown/St. Elmo as two National Trail Conference teams met Thursday evening.
The Indians stepped out to a 24-10 opening quarter lead as Grace Nelson went on a run, knocking in five baskets, one from three-point range, and two of two at the line for 13 points. Brianna Grunloh scored a three-pointer and was one of two at the line.
BSE fought back with a 16-11 second period to pull within 35-26 at halftime. Danika Ramsey scored five points while Lexi Seabaugh and Madi Miller scored four each. Presley Williams knocked in a three-pointer.
BSE pulled within 48-43 after the third quarter. Dayana Haslett, who didn't score in the opening half, hit a regular basket, a three-pointer and three of four at the line for eight points while Seabaugh chipped in with four.
But Altamont put a stop to BSE's scoring with a 19-11 final quarter run for the victory. Nelson, who had tallied six in the third quarter, came back with eight in the final period. She finished with 31 points on 10 of 12 at the line and 10 field goals.
Also in double figures for Altamont were Claire Boehm with 12 and Grunloh with 10.
BSE was led by four players in double figures. Seabaugh led the way with 14 on six field goals, one from three-point range, and one of six at the line. Miller added 11, Haslett 10 and Ramsey 10. Wililams was on the verge of double figures with nine.
Altamont is ranked fifth in the latest Class 1A state poll while BSE is in the others receiving votes category.
In the junior varsity contest, Brownstown/St. Elmo was a 41-18 winner. Danika Ramsey led with 16 points while Madi Miller tallied 12.
Altamont was led by Avery Aldrich and Justyce Higgs with four each.
Altamont was a winner in freshman/sophomore play, 30-10. The winners were led by Avery Aldrich with 11. BSE was led by Audria Logue and Cami Haslett with five each.

Teutopolis put together big scoring and downed visiting Flora, 61-25 Thursday evening.
The Wooden Shoes ran off to a 17-6 opening quarter lead as Kelsey Niemerg and Chloe Probst scored seven points each. Niemerg connected on three baskets, one from three-point range, while C. Probst hit two trifectas and was one of two at the line. Mollie Ruholl added a three-pointer.
The Shoes' lead went to 31-12 at halftime. M. Ruholl scored five points and Anna Probst had a three-pointer.
Coach Laurie Thompson's crew then had a 26-11 third quarter on another big run by C. Probst and Niemerg. Probst hit four baskets, two of those from three-point range and three of four at the line for 13 points while Niemerg scored nine points.
C. Probst led the way in T-town's victory with six field goals, four of those three-pointers, and four if six at the line for 20 points. Niemerg chipped in with 16.
The Shoes pulled down 24 rebounds led by C. Probst with four. Nine other players registered rebounds. Niemerg led in steals with four. C. Probst and M. Ruholl had one assist each. T-town finished with nine three-pointers led by C. Probst with four.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg took on South Central in National Trail Conference play Thursday evening and captured a 55-26 victory.
The Hatchets ripped out to a 22-7 opening quarter lead and put the Cougars away early. Ellie Wittenberg connected on eight points in the run.
Taegan Webster scored four points while Percilla Reid added a three-pointer for South Central.
WSS then had a 17-9 second period to lead 39-16 at halftime. Five players scored in the quarter.
The Hatchets continued their barrage with a 14-5 third quarter to lead 53-21.
Wittenberg led the way for the winners with seven field goals, one a three-pointer, and two of four at the line for 17 points. Samantha Hayes finished out with 11 points and Ella Kinkelaar added nine.
South Central was led by Webster with 13 points on six field goals, one a three-pointer.

At Newton
Newton tallied a 48-28 victory over Richland County (Olney) in action Thursday evening.
The Eagles ran out to a 16-8 opening quarter lead and led 26-12 at halftime. They finished out with a 14-7 final quarter run.
Two players ended in double figures for Newton. Camryn Martin tallied 15 points on seven field goals, one a three-pointer, while Lilly Kessler added 13 points and had a double-dobule with 14 rebounds.
C. Martin led in steals with eight. Elley Bennett, Kessler and Emma Nadler added two assists each
Newton improves to 3-1 in the Little Illini Conference and 12-9 overall.
The Eagles claimed the junior varsity contest, 32-17. Allie Hermann led the way with 11 points. Newton's JV is now 4-0 in the conference, 12-2 overall.
The Eagles will be back in action Saturday at the LIC Tournament in a rematch with Richland County. The tourney is being held at Lawrenceville.

Arcola played host to Cumberland and sent the Pirates home with a 63-36 loss Thursday evening.
The Purple Riders edged out to a 12- 8 opening quarter lead and moved that to 29-16 at halftime. Kacie Sisk led Arcola with 17 of her team's 29 points in that opening half.
Arcola came back with a 34-20 second half run. Sisk tallied 25 points on nine field goals and six of six at the line. Also in double figures were Jacey Kessler with 12, Kelsey Moore with 11 and Crystal Ramirez with 10.
Cumberland was led by Katelyn Shoemaker with 17 points on six field goals, one of those a trifecta, and four of eight at the line. Suzy Fritts chipped in with eight.
