(Playa Vista, CA) -- The Los Angeles Clippers are showing off their new head coach.  Doc Rivers was formally introduced Wednesday and says he's glad to finally have his future settled.

Rivers comes to LA after nine seasons as head coach of the Boston Celtics. The 51-year-old will also hold the title of senior vice president of basketball operations with the Clips. After weeks of negotiating, Boston agreed to let Rivers out of the final three years of his contract to sign with LA in exchange for a 2015 unprotected first-round draft pick.
