According to a report, Michael Jordan's time as majority share owner of the Charlotte Hornets is coming to an end.

The NBA’s board of governors reportedly approved the sale of the organization to a group led by Rick Schnall and Hornets minority owner Gabe Plotkin. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, New York Knicks owner James Dolan was the only one to object to the sale.

The purchase, valued at approximately $3 billion, is expected to be finalized within two weeks.
