Kristaps Porzingis is with the Washington Wizards right now, but he may be with the Boston Celtics soon.

According to ESPN, the Wizards are finalizing a three-way deal: Porzingis goes to the Celtics, the Wizards get Marcus Morris and the Number 30 pick from the Los Angeles Clippers, and Boston sends Malcolm Brogdon to Los Angeles.

Plus, the Wizards would get Amir Coffey from the Clippers and Danilo Gallinari from the Celtics.

 

Brown Turns Down $6.8 Million

Denver Nuggets guard Bruce Brown has turned down a $6.8 million player option to become an unrestricted free agent, his agent told ESPN.

Brown has said that “nobody wanted me” when he was a free agent last summer. He can expect a more enthusiastic response this year, after playing a key role in Denver’s first-ever championship victory.

 

Jordan To Have Final Say On No. 2 NBA Draft Pick

Michael Jordan agreed to sell the Charlotte Hornets last week, but he’s not giving up his control just yet.

General Manager Mitch Kupchak said Wednesday that Jordan will have the final say on the number 2 pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.

“Michael is still in control and will be in control of the club through the draft and through free agency,” Kupchak said at a press conference.
