The Illinois Basketball Coaches Association All-Star games were played Saturday in Pontiac.

Several players from our area took part in the contests. Here are some photos, courtesy of our own Matt Robinson...

The boys 1A-2A South basketball players included Logan Fleener of North Clay along with Mason Robinson and Avery Jahraus of Altamont. The 1A-2A South boys team was coached by John Niebrugge of Altamont, assisted by Trenton Kull and Logan Hill. 

The girls 1A-2A South basketball players included Kaylee Niebrugge of Teutopolis, Lucy Fearday of St. Anthony, Gracie Heckert of Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, and Sydney Richards of Neoga. Kaylee Niebrugge was named MVP for their squad.
