The National Trail Conference All-Star Team.

The Central Illinois All-Star basketball game, featuring senior basketball players from the National Trail Conference and Lincoln Prairie Confrence, took place Sunday at Cumberland High School.

The NTC All-Stars claimed a 93-80 victory over the LIC All-Stars. The game was played in two halves.

The NTC edged out to a 46-42 first half lead. Three Altamont seniors led the way as Logan Cornett scored nine points, Eric Kollmann eight and Avery Jahraus connected on two three-pointers for six. North Clay's Logan Fleener also scored six points on three regular baskets. South Centarl's Ethan Watwood and Neoga's Quintin Richards had five each.

Tri-County's Jacob Smith tallied 11 for the LPC All-Stars and Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's Wyatt Hilligoss had eight.

In the second half, the NTC All-Stars went on a 47-38 tear. St. Elmo/Brownstown's Caleb Campbell scored all eight of his points in the second half. North Clay's Alex Boose tallied six. SEB's Jarrett Pasley, along with Altamont's Mason Robinson and North Clay's Fleener had five each.

The LPC's team was led by Cumberland's Trevin Magee and Heritage's Julliyan Gray with five each.

Three players hit double figures for the NTC team. Cornett and Kollmann scored 12 each while Fleener tallied 11.

Named Most Valuable Player from the NTC team was Logan Cornett (Altamont) while the MVP on the LPC team was Jacob Smith (Tri-County). Winning the three-point championship was Altamont's Avery Jahraus.
