The Wooden Shoes captured a 39-20 win in seventh-grade play.
They whipped out to a 25-7 halftime lead. Payne Davidson was the lone Shoes player in double figures with 10. Seven other players scored in the contest.
In eighth-grade action, Franklin Park took a 45-28 win. Franklin Park ran out to a 17-7 opening quarter lead.
Carson Cornell led the Shoes with seven points.

At Strasburg
Stewardson-Strasburg tallied 44 points in each game to down Windsor Thursday evening.
Stew-Stras won the seventh-grade matchup, 44-19 with a 27-10 opening first half run.
Manhart tallied 23 for the winners while Duncan added 11. Stew-Stras improved to 14-7 on the season.
Windsor was led by McCary with nine and Vaughn with eight.
In eighth-grade action, Stew-Stras was a 44-19 winner. Stew-Stras jumped out to a 20-0 opening quarter lead and never looked back.
Pruemer and W. Vonderheide scored 10 points each. Stew-Stras is now 15-3 on the season.
Windsor was led by Barnard and Owens with five points each.

At Kinmundy
South Central picked up two victories over Patoka in Thursday evening competition.
The seventh-grade contest was a 32-17 victory for the homestanders. South Central trailed Patoka 15-14 at halftime but held Patoka scoreless to push ahead 20-15 going into the final quarter then had a 12-2 run.
Cartright tallied 12 for the winners.
In eighth-grade play, South Central won 40-23.
The winners held an 18-11 opening half lead then had a 14-5 third quarter run.
Westin Neilson led the way for the winners with 11 points while Luke Shumate and Garrett Shumate scored nine each.

North Clay (Louisville) beat St. Elmo in fifth and sixth grade action Thursday.
North Clay won the fifth-grade contest, 26-12 and picked up the sixth-grade win, 45-20.
