EHS Girls Basketball Hosts Alumni Night, Coach Schafer To Be Recognized Jan. 12

The Effingham High School girls basketball program will host an Alumni NIght Thursday, January 12 as the Hearts play host to Paris.

All former girls basketball players and managers as well as former EHS coaches are invited to come and celebrate the EHS girls basketball program. All former alumni and coaches will be admitted into the game that night for free. The junior varsity contest begins at 6 p.m.

In addition, EHS will be recognizing head girls coach Jeff Schafer on becoming the all-time leading coach in school history for basketball coaching victories at EHS. The recognition for Coach Schafer will take place prior to the varsity contest. Following the varsity game, there will be a reception for Coach Schafer in the gym lobby.
