The Bulldogs' Stacie Vonderheide set the tempo early as the Bulldogs stepped out to a 17-6 opening quarter lead. Vonderheide knocked in four baskets for eight points and continued her scoring barrage with eight more in the second period as St. Anthony led 59-27 at halftime.
Then it was time for Anna Faber to take over. Faber scored 10 points in the third quarter run as the Bulldogs had a 20-4 margin.
Four players finished in double figures for St. Anthony. Vonderheide led the way with 22 points while Lucy Fearday added 14, Faber 12 and Nancy Ruholl 11.
Sandoval was led by Bailey with 18.
St. Anthony also claimed the junior varsity contest, 46-11. Leading the way was Nancy Ruholl with 21 and Addi Nuxoll with nine.

At Windsor
Altamont picked up its second victory this week by beating Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, 50-30 Thursday.
The Indians edged ahead 16-10 in the opening quarter as Peyton Osteen knocked in two three-pointers and Grace Nelson scored seven. Claire Boehm added a three-pointer.
Altamont had a 9-6 second period to lead 25-16 at halftime. Then came a defensive effort as the Indians held Windsor/Stew-Stras scoreless in the third quarter and moved ahead 39-16.
Nelson finishied with 32 after scoring 37 Tuesday in the Indians opener. Nelson hit 12 field goals, that included three trifectas, and was five of six at the line.
P. Osteen tallied nine.
Windsor/Stew-Stras was led by Ella Kinkelaar with 13 points on four field goals and five of seven at the line.
In junior varsity action, Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg edged Altamont, 36-35.
WSS was led by K. VonBehrens with 13 and E. Wittenberg with 10.
Altamont was led by Sophia Pearcy with 12 and Kaylee Lurkins with 10.

BSE moved ahead 10-5 after the opening quarter and led 21-12 at halftime.
Laney Baldrige led the way with 11 points while Lexi Seabaugh tallied nine.
In the junior varsity contest, Brownstown/St. Elmo was an 18-14 winner. Williams and Sasse led BSE with six points each.

Teutopolis opened the Centralia Tournament with a victory over Carterville, 44-30.
The two teams played to an 8-8 first quarter tie. T-town's Emily Konkel got on a scoring tear, knocking in a regular basket and three three-pointers for 11 in the quarter. The Shoes moved ahead 21-13.
Carterville came back with an 8-7 third quarter but T-town put everything together in the final period for a 16-9 run for the win.
Konkel led the way for the Shoes in scoring with 18 points while Chloe Probst had eight points and led in rebounds with eight. Konkel had seven boards. Joleen Deters led in steals with three. Taylor Bueker had two assists.
In the second game, Highland won over Centralia, 53-44.
The tournament concludes Saturday with Teutopolis facing Centralia at 11 a.m., Carterville against Highland at 12:30, T-town facing Highland at 6 and Centralia meeting Carterville at 7:30.

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City edged Moweaqua Central A&M, 58-53 in Thursday competition.
Central A&M held a 17-5 opening quarter lead and led 30-17 at halftime. CHBC came back with a 19-11 third quarter run to pull within 41-36. Then in the final period, the Bobcats had a 22-13 run to pull out the four-point victory.
Three players scored in double figures for the winners. Gracie Heckert led with 22 points while Mady Wojcik tallied 12 and Macee Rodman added 10. Wojcik led in rebounds with 10 and Ruby Stuckemeyer and Heckert had eight each. Heckert led in steals with four. Macee Rodman and Carmen Olesen had three assists each.
In the junior varsity contest, Central A&M was a 39-24 winner. CHBC was led by Shae Nohren with 13 points.

Newton held an 8-6 opening quarter lead but the Maroons came back with a vengeance, outscoring Newton 15-2 in the second period and went on for the victory.
Newton was led by Elle Bennett with eight points.
Kessler led in rebounds with 10 while Karasayn Martin led in assists with two. Camryn Martin, Hetzer and Macy Bartheleme had two steals each.
Newton drops to 0-2 on the season.
