Teutopolis Girls At Centralia Tourney

The Teutopolis High School girls basketball team will be competing in the Centralia Tournament next week.

Along with the Shoes will be teams from Carterville, Highland and host Centralia.

The tournament opens Thursday, Nov. 17 and will finish Saturday, Nov. 19.

Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students (grades 1-12).

There will be a five girl all-tournament team named with a Most Valuable Player. The first place team will receive a plaque.

Following are the pairings:

Thursday, November 17

Game 1 -- Teutopolis vs. Carterville, 6 p.m.

Game 2 -- Centralia vs. Highland, 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, November 19

Game 3 -- Centralia vs. Teutopolis, 11 a.m.

Game 4 -- Carteville vs. Highland, 12:30 p.m.

Game 5 -- Teutopolis vs. Highland 6 p.m.

Game 6 -- Centralia vs. Carterville, 7:30 p.m.
