Connecticut Defeats Chicago In WNBA Playoffs

The Connecticut Sun defeated the defending WNBA champion Chicago Sky 72-63 Thursday night to win their semifinal series 3 games to 2 and advance to the WNBA Finals.

The Sun had to overcome an 11-point deficit with just under five minutes left, scoring the final 18 points of the game. Connecticut will face the Las Vegas Aces in the Finals, with the first game on Sunday.
