Griner Sends Letter to President Biden

WNBA star Brittney Griner, who’s been detained by Russia since February, sent a letter to President Biden appealing for help that was delivered Monday.

Griner’s representatives released a few lines from it, including, “As I sit here in a Russian prison, alone with my thoughts and without the protection of my wife, family, friends, Olympic jersey, or any accomplishments, I’m terrified I might be here forever,” and “Please do all you can to bring us home.”
