The Miami Heat defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 99-90 Thursday night to win their second round playoffs series 4 games to 2 and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 32 points. Miami will play the winner of the Milwaukee Bucks-Boston Celtics series, which the defending NBA champion Bucks are leading 3 games to 2 with Game 6 tonight.
