S. Carolina Wins Women's NCAA Tourney, Men's Championship Tonight

South Carolina, the overall top seed in the women’s NCAA basketball tournament, defeated Number 2 University of Connecticut 64-49 Sunday night for the championship at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

This is the second title for South Carolina, which also won in 2017, and their victory gave UConn their first loss in 12 NCAA championship games.
Destanni Henderson scored a career-high 26 points for South Carolina and Aliuah Boston added 11 points.

Men's Tourney Championship Tonight

Number 1 seed Kansas and Number 8 North Carolina will face off tonight at the Superdome in New Orleans for the men’s NCAA basketball championship.

Kansas is a four-point favorite according to FanDuel sportsbook, but if North Carolina wins, they’d be only the second Number 8 seed to win the NCAA title after Villanova did it in 1985.
