Nelson Sues Mavericks
Donnie Nelson, the former general manager of the Dallas Mavericks, sued the team Thursday, claiming he was fired by owner Mark Cuban in retaliation for reporting sexual misconduct by a team executive who’s close to Cuban.
The executive allegedly sexually harassed a job applicant. The Mavericks said Nelson’s claim of being fired in retaliation is “completely unfounded,” and called the lawsuit “baseless and full of lies.”
