The second round of the Big Ten Tournament was contested Thursday.

No. 9 Indiana downed  No. 8 Michigan, 74-69.

In the second game, No. 5 Iowa trounced No. 13 Northwestern, 112-76.

No. 7 Michigan State defeated No. 10 Maryland, 76-72.

No. 11 Penn State upset No. 6 Ohio State, 71-68.

Today's quarterfinals find top-seeded Illinois taking on Indiana at 10:30 a.m. followed by Rutgers against Iowa at noon, Wisconsin facing Michigan State at 5:30 p.m. and Purdue against Penn State at 7 p.m.

The semifinals are set for Saturday at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. with the championship game Sunday at 2:30 p.m. on CBS.
