Class 8-3A Lawrenceville Parkview Regional

Teutopolis claimed the championship of the Class 8-3A Lawrenceville Parkview Basketball Regional Tuesday.

The Wooden Shoes downed Cumberland, 52-27 for the title.

T-town advances to the Tuscola East Prairie Sectional Wednesday, February 9 to meet either Paris Mayo or Arthur. Those two teams have yet to play.

Class 8-2A Stewardson-Strasburg Regional

Two games were contested in the Stew-Stras Regional Tuesday.

In the opener, Kincaid South Fork defeated Nokomis, 42-37.

The second contest went to Findlay Okaw Valley over host Stewardson-Strasburg, 33-18.

Kincaid South Fork will meet Findlay Okaw Valley at 6 p.m. Thursday, weather permitting, for the regional championship.
