• Jan. 28, 1972—No. 4 Brownstown defeats No. 2 Teutopolis in the semifinals, 72-64, behind 24 points from Jvee Harner and 22 from Phil Sefton.
• Jan. 28, 1989—No. 2 Effingham St. Anthony beats No. 4 Neoga in the championship, 73-61, as sophomore Tony Bryant leads the winners with 31 points and 13 rebounds.
• Jan. 28, 1994—Jeff Maxey sinks a pair of free throws with 18 seconds remaining to lift No. 3 St. Elmo past No. 2 Brownstown in the semifinals, 69-68.
• Jan. 28, 1995—Ryan Cox scores 31 points to lead No. 1 Stewardson-Strasburg to a 57-48 victory over No. 3 Teutopolis in the title game.
• Jan. 28, 2012—In its final appearance in the tournament, No. 1 Teutopolis defeats No. 2 Dieterich in the championship, 69-39.
