• Jan. 27, 1972—No. 3 St. Elmo goes to overtime to defeat No. 1 Effingham St. Anthony in the semifinals, 84-80, behind 21 points and 15 rebounds from Mike Booher.
• Jan. 27, 1990—No. 3 Altamont edges No. 1 St. Anthony in the tournament’s first overtime championship, 64-63, giving the Indians their first NTC Tournament title in 43 years.
• Jan. 27, 2006—St. Elmo beats Beecher City in a consolation semifinal, 63-52, as Logan Mahon leads the winning effort with 23 points, 14 rebounds, and six steals. Mahon also scores the 1000th point of his varsity career.
• Jan. 27, 2007—No. 1 Teutopolis overcomes a record 18-point deficit in the second half to defeat No. 2 St. Anthony in the championship, 65-51.
• Jan. 27, 2018—No. 1 St. Anthony withstands a late rally from No. 2 Dieterich to win the title bout, 53-48. Alex Deters leads the Bulldogs with 17 points, while Adam Levitt adds 14.
