Big Second Half Fuels Illini Win Over Maryland

After trailing at halftime, the Illini played a dominant second half to win 76-64 over Maryland Thursday night.

It was Ayo Night, where the former Illini star and Chicago Bulls player had his jersey raised to the rafters. 

Illinois picked up their fourth conference win of the season and is tied for first with Michigan State as the only two undefeated teams in Big 10 play.

Cofi Cockburn led Illinois with 23 points and 18 rebounds. Trent Frazier scored 16 points, 14 in the second half to help spark the comeback.
