Heat, Spurs Move On In NBA Playoffs

The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs are the first teams to advance out of the first round in the NBA playoffs. The Heat completed a sweep of the Milwaukee Bucks while the Spurs also swept the Lakers in LA.

The Golden State Warriors took a 3-1 series lead on the Denver Nuggets.

 

Celtics Force Game Five In New York

(Boston, MA) -- Paul Pierce posted 29 points, eight rebounds and six assists as the Celtics defeated the Knicks 97-90 in overtime of Game Four to avoid elimination. Celtics forward Jeff Green says they have to continue this intensity into Game Five.
