Durant Scores NBA Season-High 51 Points

Brookyn’s Kevin Durant scored an NBA season-high 51 points in the Nets’ 116-104 win over the Pistons Sunday in Detroit.

It was the seventh 50-point game of Durant’s career, and his elevated scoring came as James Harden sat out the game. It was the 12th straight loss for the Pistons.

 

James Has 30-Point Triple-Double

Lebron James became the oldest player in NBA history with a 30-point triple-double in the L.A. Lakers’ 106-94 win over the Orlando Magic Sunday. James had 30 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, doing it at 36 years and 346 days old, beating out Kobe Bryant, who had a 30-point triple-double when he was 36 years and 99 days old in 2014.
