Effingham, Teutopolis and Champaign Franklin competed in seventh- and eighth-grade boys basketball Saturday at Teutopolis.
Effingham and Teutopolis split B game victories. T-town was a 51-13 winner in the seventh-grade game. Lee led T-town with 10 while Effingham was led by Smith with seven.
In the eighth-grade contest, the Mustangs won, 41-20. MeHabargen tallied 12 for the winners. T-town was led by Ben Grunloh with six.
T-town defeated Champaign Franklin, 56-18 in the seventh-grade game and 49-11 in eighth-grade action.
Jake Kocher tallied 26 for the Wooden Shoes in the seventh-grade contest while Carter Kinkelaar finished with 10.
The eighth-grade team was led by Isaac McWhorter with 17 and Gavin Buening with 10.
Effingham defeated Champaign Franklin in both contests. The Mustangs won the seventh-grade game, 44-22. Braddy tallied 18 for the Mustangs while Hartman and Nohren scored eight teams.
In the eighth-grade contest, Effingham was a 33-19 winner. Nolan Fearday scored 12 for the winners while James Wise added nine.

At Ramsey
Effingham St. Anthony claimed two victories in the Ramsey Seventh-Grade Tournament Saturday to win the title.
The Bullpups edged Stewardson-Strasburg, 36-33 in the first contest. Stew-Stras ran off to a 15-9 opening quarter lead but St. Anthony came back to lead 19-18 at halftime.
Stew-Stras then moved ahead 27-26 going into the final period. St. Anthony had a 10-6 run to pull out the 36-33 win.
Leading the way for the Bullpups in scoring were Miles Waldhoff with 15 and Graiden Wilhour with 13.
Stew-Stras was led by Spour with 10.
In the second game, the Bullpups defeated St. Elmo/Brownstown, 50-32. St. Anthony held a 23-14 first half lead and had a 27-18 second half run.
Three players hit double digits. Will Bierman scored 20 while Wilhour and Waldhoff had 10 each.
St. Elmo/Brownstown was led by Wollin with 19.
