Home Teams Dominate NBA Playoffs Thus Far

The NBA playoffs are underway and things have gone well so far for home teams. Each of the eight home teams were victorious in their Game One matchups  The defending champion Miami Heat cruised past the Milwaukee Bucks, 110-87. The San Antonio Spurs took down the Kobe Bryant-less Los Angeles Lakers, 91-79.

 

Cavs Reach Out To Phil Jackson

(Cleveland, OH) -- The Cavaliers could be looking to make a big splash with their open head coaching position. ESPN reports Cleveland has contacted Phil Jackson to see if he has any interest in accepting the job. Byron Scott was relieved of his duties as Cavs head coach last Thursday. Jackson interviewed with the Cavs in 2005 for the same job.
