Krumwiede Leaving Dieterich for Athens

Dieterich Movin Maroons boys basketball coach Josh Krumwiede will be leaving the school district to become boys varsity basketball coach at Athens.
Krumwiede, a Carrollton High School graduate, has coached at Dieterich the past five basketball seasons including the abbreviated season this year and has posted two 20-win seasons and won two regional championships. He is also varsity baseball coach at Dieterich.
Krumwiede will teach junior high and high school Health and PE at Athens along with serving as varsity boys basketball coach.
