Teutopolis handed Vandalia a loss in junior high girls basketball action Friday.

The Wooden Shoes won the seventh-grade contest, 34-6. T-town took a 21-2 halftime lead and improved to 11-1 on the season.

K. Niemerg and M. Helmink tallied seven points each for the Shoes.

In the eighth-grade game, T-town was a 31-18 winner. The Shoes led 19-10 at halftime.

C. Probst scored nine and R. Kemme eight for the winners who improve to 5-6.
