The National Basketball Association said Tuesday that four San Antonio Spurs players had tested positive for the coronavirus. As a result, the Spurs won’t be playing any games until the middle of next week at the earliest, postponing at least three games.

The Charlotte Hornets’ next two games were also postponed while contract tracing is done, since they were the last team to play San Antonio.
