St. Anthony Downs Dieterich, 48-35

Dieterich had a tough time getting the lid off in the first period, helping St. Anthony build a 9-3 by the end of the quarter. A 14-8 edge had the Bulldogs up 23-11 at halftime. The Maroons put together a run in the third quarter, though, outscoring the Bulldogs 16-11 to pull within 34-27 heading to the fourth quarter. St. Anthony regrouped, though, and posted a 14-8 final period edge to win the game by 13 points.

Neither team had a good shooting night. St. Anthony made just 13 of 48 shots, 27%, while Dieterich went 13 of 56, 23%. For the first three quarters, neither team had much success at the foul line, with St. Anthony 9 of 23 and Dieterich 5 of 17.
