Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo got 41 points, 20 rebounds and six assists in just 35 minutes in the Bucks’ 93-85 win over the Charlotte Hornets Sunday night.

It was the fastest to a 40-20-5 game in NBA history, beating the previous record of 36 minutes by Bob Pettit in 1959 and Elgin Baylor in 1960. The reigning NBA MVP is also only the third player over the past 30 seasons to have a 40-20-5 game.

James Notches Triple-Double

Lebron James notched a triple-double last night with 34 points, 13 assists and 12 rebounds, as his L.A. Lakers beat the New Orleans Pelicans 122-114. The game also saw Pelicans’ rookie Zion Williamson, the top pick in last year’s NBA draft, have his highest-scoring game yet, with 35 points. LeBron's triple-double against New Orleans came after he had a season-high 40 points in another L.A. win over them last week.
