The Philadelphia 76ers’ Joel Embiid left Wednesday night's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a left shoulder sprain and will undergo an MRI today. Head coach Brett Brown said he was unsure if the All-Star center would play in tonight's game against the New York Knicks. Philadelphia is already playing without guard Ben Simmons, who missed a second straight game Wednesday night because of a lower back injury.
