Bryant Memorial Items To Go To His Widow

A huge memorial to Kobe Bryant created by fans outside the Staples Center made up of flowers, balloons, jerseys, stuffed toys, basketballs and more, many with personal messages, was being removed Monday, with officials saying some of the items would go to Bryant's widow, Vanessa, and other family members. Vanessa Bryant had requested items, which were to be cataloged and shipped to the family

James To To Honor Gianna Bryant

The L.A. Lakers' Lebron James, one of the two team captains in the February 16 NBA All-Star Game, said his team will wear Number 2 jerseys in honor of Bryant's 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, who died with him in the helicopter crash, who wore Number 2 when she played basketball. The team of the other captain, Giannis Antetokounmpo, will wear Number 24 in tribute to Kobe.
