Aviston claimed the championship with a 47-30 win over Salem.
The third place contest went to Greenville over Effingham St. Anthony, 42-30.
In the consolation championship, Triad defeated Effingham, 44-42 in triple overtime.
Triad edged out to a 10-8 opening quarter lead but the Mustangs came back to lead at halftime 16-15. EJHS then took a 28-23 lead going into the final quarter. Triad came back to knot the score at 32-32 sending the game into overtime. Both teams tallied two in the first overtime and six in the second overtime. Triad then had a 4-2 count in the third overtime for the win.
Effingham was led by Camden Raddatz with 27. Raddatz was named to the five-member All-Tournament Team.

Class 7-1A Sigel St. Michael Regional
Three games were contested in the seventh-grade regional at Sigel St. Michael Saturday.
Mattoon St. John's defeated Newton St. Thomas, 36-26 in the first game.
Stewardson-Strasburg won over Windsor, 42-17 in the second contest. Stew-Stras ran out to a 16-5 opening quarter lead and led 28-8 at halftime.
Morris led Stew-Stras with 12 points. The team improved to 18-4 on the season.
Martinsville defeated Effingham Sacred Heart, 29-21.
Tonight's games feature Sigel St. Michael against Mattoon St. John's at 6 p.m. followed by Stewardson-Strasburg taking on Martinsville at 7:15.

Class 7-2A Casey-Westfield Regional
The lone area team surviving in the Casey-Westfield Regional Saturday was Dieterich.
Dieterich stomped Kansas, 55-12 in the second game of the day.
The opener featured a Paris Crestwood win over Neoga, 32-15.
In the third game, Hutsonville/Palestine downed Oblong, 43-16.
In games today, Casey-Westfield faces Paris Crestwood at 5;30 p.m. followed by Dieterich taking on Hutsonville/Palestine at 6:45.
Class 7-3A Teutopolis Regional
Jasper County advanced in the Teutopolis Regional with a victory Saturday.
Jasper County downed Marshall 36-28 in the opening game. Robinson won over Red Hill (Bridgeport) 58-14. The final contest went to Lawrenceville Parkview over Cumberland 44-20.
Tonight's games feature Teutopolis facing Jasper County at 6 followed by Robinson Nuttall taking on Lawrenceville Parkview at 7:15 p.m.
Class 7-4A Mount Zion Regional
Effingham handed Taylorville a loss in the Mount Zion Regional, 40-34.
Taylorville took the opening quarter lead but the Mustangs came back to tie the score at halftime, 15-15. Taylorville then moved ahead 28-22 heading into the final quarter. Effingham rallied with an 18-6 run to claim the victory.
Pals led the Mustangs with 15 points while Belcher and Flack added 11 each.. Effingham will now take on top-seeded Mount Zion at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
In the other contest, Mattoon downedC harleston, 48-37. Mattoon will now face second-seeded Stephen Decatur at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

At Teutopolis
Decatur Robertson claimed a 34-29 overtime win over Teutopolis in eighth-grade competition.
The Wooden Shoes led 16-13 at halftime but Robertson moved ahead 20-19 in the third period. T-town was ahead in the final quarter but Robertson's Cameron France hit a three-pointer with :04 to go in regulation to send the game into overtime. Robertson had a 5-0 run for the win.
Leading T-town were Garrett Gaddis and Joey Niebrugge with six points each.

Effingham St. Anthony won a fifth-grade contest over North Clay (Louisville) Saturday, 40-23.
The Bullpups also took the sixth-grade game, 43-12.
