Staunton held an 11-5 first half lead but the Mustangs came back with a 12-0 third period and tallied the win.
Raddatz led Effingham with 11 points.
In the other game Tuesday, Troy Triad won over Hillsboro, 37-15.
Effingham will now meet Triad at 5 p.m. Friday for the consolation championship.
The tournament continues Thursday with Aviston against Greenville at 6 and St. Anthony taking on Salem at 7 p.m. The winners advance to the championship game Friday at 7 p.m. while the losers will play for third at 6 p.m.

At St. Elmo
Sigel St. Michael and Dieterich moved into the championship game of the National Trail Conference Eighth-Grade Boys Basketball Tournament with victories Tuesday evening.
St. Michael handed Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City a 26-17 loss. The Sharpshooters edged out to a 10-8 opening quarter lead and led 16-10 at halftime. St. Michael then had a 7-2 third quarter.
Niebrugge tallied 12 for the winners.
CHBC was led by Carson Evans, Clayton Wojcik and Gage Lorton with five points each.
In the second contest, Dieterich handed Stewardson-Strasburg a 51-32 loss.
St. Michael will face Dieterich at 8 p.m. Thursday for the championship. CHBC and Stew-Stras will meet for third place at 6:45 p.m.
In tonight's games, Effingham Sacred Heart takes on North Clay (Louisville) at 6:15 p.m. in the consolation round followed by St. Elmo/Brownstown against South Central at 7:30 p.m. The winners advance to the consolation championship at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

At Teutopolis
Teutopolis picked up two victories over Newton St. Thomas in junior high boys action Tuesday.
The Wooden Shoes claimed the seventh-grade B contest, 25-18. T-town ripped out to a 10-4 opening quarter lead and held off St. Thomas the rest of the way.
Drew Hoene led the way for the Shoes with seven points.T-town finishes 5-0 in B competition.
Bergbower and Ochs had five each for St. Thomas.
In the eighth-grade B contest, T-town edged St. Thomas, 16-15. T-town led 11-5 at halftime. St. Thomas came back with an 8-2 third quarter to tie the score at 13-13. T-town then had a 3-2 final period.
Josh Habing led the winners with six points. St. Thomas was led by Bierman with five.

At Newton
Jasper County fell to Paris Mayo in both junior high boys basketball contests Tuesday.
Paris Mayo won the seventh-grade game, 36-18 with a 21-4 opening half. Wade Wickham led Jasper County with six points. Jasper County drops to 4-14.
In the eighth-grade game, Paris Mayo was a 45-35 winner. Mayo led 16-14 at halftime then had a 20-12 final period.
Parker Wolf led Jasper County (8-9) with 15 points.
