Atlanta Hawks forward Chandler Parsons suffered potentially career-ending injuries in a car crash caused by a drunk driver last week, a law firm representing him said Monday. The Hawks said last week that Parsons had been put in concussion protocol after suffering a concussion and whiplash in the crash, but didn't give further details. The law firm said he suffered “multiple severe and permanent injuries including a traumatic brain injury, disc herniation and a torn labrum.” The 31-year-old played in just five games this season for the Hawks.
